You will only see timetable activities for modules that are registered on your SIMS record and which are delivered by your home School. Therefore you must ensure your SIMS record is up-to-date. If you request a change, such as a module transfer, you will see this change in MyTimetable within 24 hours of your request being approved by your School.
In some circumstances, because of illness or room availability, your School will need to make changes to your timetable during the semester. The online timetabling system does not send a change notification to you, so you must ensure you check your timetable regularly. Depending on the nature and urgency of the change, your School will inform you through a number of channels, such as email, Learning Central announcement or by text for any last minute cancellations.
